McCurley Enterprises Inc. (MEI) provides the highest consulting and technical services to the construction, electric and telecommunications industries. MEI, with its corporate headquarters located in Rockwall, Texas, provides a well trained and experienced workforce with a wide range of skill sets and with a mindset to do whatever it takes to accomplish a task in the most economical and practical manner possible.

The MEI Oversite Team/Field Construction Coordinators provide quality control inspection of right-of way clearing, site preparation, material management, foundation installation, structure assembly and erection, installation of electrical equipment, bus work, cable, grounding, controlled drainage and conductor, shield wire and fiber optic installation.

MEI utilizes the latest technology as required by clients. Safety and OSHA compliance by construction contractors is a vital part of our quality control inspection services.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

As Interim President of McCurley Enterprises and EVP & Chief Strategy Officer of GridTek Utility Services, Matt brings deep expertise in infrastructure and industrial investment to his leadership role. He joined GridTek from First Reserve, where he served as a Vice President and led a number of investments across the United States and European infrastructure and industrial sectors, including the firm's investment in PrimeLine Utility Services. Prior to First Reserve, Matt worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. He holds a BBA from The University of Texas.

James has over 30 years in electrical construction. Starting out as a Lineman for AEP/West Texas Utilities. He is responsible for scheduling, safety initiatives, recruiting, and technical training.

James has over 30 years in electrical construction. Starting out as a Lineman for AEP/West Texas Utilities. He is responsible for scheduling, safety initiatives, recruiting, and technical training.
Justin brings more than two decades of electrical industry leadership and technical expertise to MEI. His background spans nuclear generation on U.S. Navy submarines, extensive utility work with Oncor Electric Delivery across multiples roles in Operations and Commissioning, as well as executive oversight as a Regional Director for a testing and commissioning firm.

Justin brings more than two decades of electrical industry leadership and technical expertise to MEI. His background spans nuclear generation on U.S. Navy submarines, extensive utility work with Oncor Electric Delivery across multiples roles in Operations and Commissioning, as well as executive oversight as a Regional Director for a testing and commissioning firm.
Andrew Watson serves as Safety Manager of McCurley Enterprises, bringing extensive experience supporting construction, utility, and industrial operations. He is highly skilled in developing companywide EHS programs, conducting hazard analyses, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards. Andrew joined from Linetec Services (Centuri Group), where he served as a Safety Advisor for Electric/Power, and previously held Certified Occupational Safety Specialist roles at Primoris T&D and Volt Power. A practical, field-focused leader with a background in emergency response and workforce training, he holds an OSHA 510 Construction Safety certification from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist.

Andrew Watson serves as Safety Manager of McCurley Enterprises, bringing extensive experience supporting construction, utility, and industrial operations. He is highly skilled in developing companywide EHS programs, conducting hazard analyses, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards. Andrew joined from Linetec Services (Centuri Group), where he served as a Safety Advisor for Electric/Power, and previously held Certified Occupational Safety Specialist roles at Primoris T&D and Volt Power.
